In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we encourage you to use this support system.
To every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
We inform you that we support each request from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm UTC/GMT -8 Los Angeles time.

We inform all our members that it's not possible to open more than 1 ticket each time in order to avoid spams and properly manage the tickets queue. We will try our best to help you with technical support request within 24 hours, and general support requests within 48 hours of the request due to the high number of support calls handled each day.
